Unlike generic coaching programs, Dragos took time to understand my concerns. This personalized approach made a significant difference in the effectiveness of the coaching.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommended Dragos to anyone seeking a business Coach who combines expertise, personalized guidance and a result driven approach.

Cristina Marian

Vice President - Bank Department Head

Dragos is an extraordinary Coach, I am very grateful for working with him as he supported me throughout some very difficult live changing situations both on the professional and personal side.
The coaching sessions with him were revelatory for me, I highly value that is he close to human nature and has an ability to connect, to understand the issues I raised, to bring his sense of humour to ease the discussions, and all this combined to help me find the most appropriate solutions and the necessary means to implement them. He is very diligent and makes sure that not only we identify the solution but also I go all the way to take responsibility and act upon executing and reaching the objective.
